A little bit about me before we get into who Axinite Digital are.

I'm Adir, the founder. Before I started this business, I had been working in IT for 9 years, starting as a junior straight out of uni. I quickly worked my way up the ranks into middle management, where I spent the last 4 years managing a cyber security team.

Realising my passion is solving problems, I wanted to apply these skills on a larger scale. And this is where Axinite Digital was born.

At the end of 2023, I identified a massive hole in the market, specificially for local businesses who wanted to grow but weren't experts in marketing.

What I also noticed was, there were too many agencies who were just going through the motions, selling one size fits all packages, and telling every business owner that they needed the same thing. EVERYTHING. Squeezing as many dollars out of them as possible, without actually focusing what matters. RESULTS.

I then decided to start my own agency, focused on doing exactly the opposite; actually helping local businesses get more clients through effective marketing.

I found 3 main issues that I was going to solve:

- Local businesses don't have the time to become marketing experts, they've got a business to run.
- They don't need a full time employee to do their marketing, nor do they have the budget.
- They don't have thousands of dollars to throw at a marketing agencies that just try to sell them everything without actually getting results.

That's why we decided to take a different approach, we wanted to help local businesses achieve their goals by getting more clients and making more money. But to do this, we needed to do something different.

What we decided to do is add a GUARANTEE to EVERYTHING we do, that way, our clients don't take on all the risk, instead we share it.
